Martijn Kajuiter at the Cliff House Hotel

Martijn Kajuiter at the Cliff House Hotel

For the past six months we have been working alongside the Cliff House Hotel’s Michelin Star chef Martijn Kajuiter, writer Alex Meehan, photographer Shane O’Neill and Dutch printers Booxs on the design and production of Martijn’s latest book, Let’s go Disco. With 36 dishes, 200 photographs, an extensive behind the scenes look at the high intensity, high performance kitchen, Let’s go Disco illustrates why the Cliff House has been at the forefront of Irish gastronomy since opening in 2008. Along with the 5,000 highly finished books (on sale from October 24th) we also designed 100 special edition books which use laser etched, brushed aluminum covers.

De Toekomst behoort toe aan diegene die intens leven in het heden.
